I analyze the deductions received from client determining the validity of the deduction. Obtain and organize supporting documentation from each deduction taken. Work closely with the client to reconcile dispute related the deductions. Negotiating chargeback settlements with the client in accordance with company policy. Navigate customer websites/portals and other resources to clearly understand deductions and post counterclaims as needed. Prepare customers statement of accounts, reminder letter for overdue accounts, demand letter and notice of dishonor and send them to customers through email or to the salesman. Analyze and monitor the current accounts and the correct cancellation of invoices, studying –in each case- the origin and reason for the discounts made by the clients. And periodically controls and supervises the current account status and detects deviations and corrects differences. Credit memo applications & account reconciliations. Report and provide the status of the Account receivables of the company. Provide other related reports on a weekly, semi-monthly and monthly basis for management and sales use on financial matters.
